Pursuit of Passion

Pursuit of Passion is the brainchild of Chef Jamie Vincent Bordonaro, whose previous experience in New York includes a culinary externship from the Culinary Institute of America with Picholine Restaurant, one year with Bouley, and two and a half years at the illustrious Le Bernardin Restaurant. Confit potatoes, Black garlic hollandaise, Chive creme fraiche

6. Glazed Leek
Onion soubise, Leek green puree, Crispy shallots

7. Scallop Caesar
Sauteed Sea Scallops, Caesar style sauce, Garlic Parmesan foam

8. Salmon and Corn
Shallow Poached Salmon, Sweet Corn risotto, Grilled corn

9. Ribeye
Pan roasted ribeye, Romesco puree, Broccoli Rabe

10. "Melonge a Trois"
Marinated Watermelon, Honeydew melon, Canteloupe, Coconut Honey Ricotta
